Bedroom interior design in Nagpur
A warm, wood-led bedroom in Nagpur. One wall does three jobs — storage, a study desk and display — so the rest of the room stays calm and open.
In the film
- Wall panelling in a warm wood finish
- Cove-lit false ceiling
- A combined study and dresser unit with open display shelves
- Soft furnishings kept light against the darker wood
How we work
Bedrooms are where storage is easiest to get wrong. We list what has to fit before drawing the wardrobe, then design the desk and display around it, so nothing is bolted on afterwards. More on home interior design in nagpur.
Planning a bedroom
Work out the storage before the styling. List what has to fit — hanging clothes, folded clothes, bedding, suitcases — then design the wardrobe to the full height of the wall, with a loft above for the things you use twice a year. Leave enough space to walk past the bed with a wardrobe shutter open, and put a switch for the main light within reach of the bed.
