Flat interior design in Nagpur

Residential interiors · Nagpur · completed project

A walkthrough of a finished flat, from the front door to the living room. In a flat every wall has to earn its place, so storage, display and seating are planned together rather than added room by room.

In the film

  • An entrance with a built-in shoe cabinet and framed art
  • Living room seating in teal with styled soft furnishings
  • Floating wall shelves with brass accents
  • Brass planters and greenery to soften white walls

How we work

In a flat the plan comes first: which walls carry storage, where the seating goes, how daylight reaches the back of the room. Once that is settled, finishes and furniture follow from it. More on our page for interior designer in nagpur.

Planning a flat

In a flat, the walkways decide how big the home feels. Keep the routes between the door, the kitchen and the seating clear, and push storage to the walls that are not on those routes. Use the full height where you can, because floor area is the thing you cannot add. And plan the entrance properly: a shallow shoe cabinet and somewhere to drop keys prevents most of the clutter people complain about.
