Why us

Every corner deserves its own identity

No two families live the same way, so no two homes should be laid out the same way. We do not carry a catalogue of finished looks and drop yours into one.

We start by understanding how you cook, where you sit in the evening, who visits and how often, what needs to be put away and what should stay out. The plan follows from that, and the finishes follow from the plan.

In detail

Planning a Nagpur home, room by room

Kitchens here work hard. Indian cooking means heat, steam and oil, so we plan a proper chimney run, washable surfaces behind the hob and a layout where the sink, stove and fridge sit a few steps apart.

Bedrooms need storage that uses the full height of the wall and shutters that seal against dust. Living rooms work best with seating arranged for conversation rather than around the television, and a media wall that hides its cables.

If you follow Vaastu, we plan to it from the first layout rather than adjusting at the end — and we tell you plainly when a requirement costs you daylight or circulation, so the decision is yours.

How we work

How a home interior comes together

Step 01

How you live

We start with your routines — who cooks, who works from home, where the children study, who visits.

Step 02

Room by room

Each room is planned for its use first, then storage, then lighting, and only then finishes.

Step 03

Kitchen & wardrobes

Modular units drawn around your actual utensils, clothes and appliances, then detailed for the fabricator.

Step 04

Move-in ready

Snagging, a deep clean and a walk-through with you before we hand over the keys.

Questions

Frequently asked

What does a 3 BHK interior cost in Nagpur?

It depends on the finish level and how much joinery is involved. A basic package covering essential joinery and painting sits at one end; a full-scope interior with extensive woodwork, false ceiling, lighting and imported finishes at the other. We give you a line-by-line BOQ so you can see exactly what drives the number.

Do you design modular kitchens?

Yes — planned around your cooking, with storage worked out for the utensils and appliances you actually own, then detailed for the fabricator and checked on site during installation.

Will you work around Vaastu requirements?

Yes, where the client wants it. We plan to your Vaastu brief and flag honestly when a requirement conflicts with daylight, ventilation or circulation so you can make the call.

Can we live in the house during the work?

Sometimes, for phased or partial work. For full-home interiors involving civil work and ceiling, it is usually faster, cleaner and safer to hand over an empty flat. We will tell you which applies at the survey stage.
