Step 01
Brief over video
A long first call about how the family lives, the budget and the timeline, with the plan on screen.
Working with owners abroad
If your home is in Nagpur and you are not, the work still has to be seen by someone you trust. We design, document and supervise it here, and keep you across every stage from wherever you are.
We reply within 1–2 working days. No call centre — you speak to the studio.
Why us
Distance does not make design harder; it makes verification harder. You cannot drop in on a Saturday to see whether the wardrobe is where you thought, whether the shade of the laminate matches the sample, or whether the work has moved at all this week.
So the way we work with clients abroad is built around evidence: drawings you can check, photographs and video from the site at each stage, and written approvals so nothing rests on a phone call anyone might remember differently. We already work this way with clients in Dubai, the USA and the UK.
01
Video calls scheduled around your time zone, with the drawing or 3D view on screen so we are both looking at the same thing rather than describing it.
02
Layouts, elevations and renders sent ahead of each call, with a clear note of what we need you to decide and by when.
03
Filmed walk-throughs at the stages that matter — after demolition, after wiring and plumbing, before the ceiling closes, at joinery installation, and at handover.
04
A line-by-line bill of quantities and written approval for every change, so you can compare and check at a distance.
In detail
Decide the decision dates early. The single biggest cause of delay on a remote project is a choice waiting on someone in another time zone while the site stands still. We set out when each decision is needed at the start, and we tell you plainly what it costs in time if it slips.
Insist on seeing things before they are closed. Wiring and plumbing before the walls and ceilings shut, the carcass before shutters go on, the tile layout before grouting. Video at those moments is worth more than a hundred photographs at the end, because it is the last point at which a change is cheap.
Be careful about colours and materials on a screen. Every screen shows a laminate differently, so we send physical samples where we can, film them in daylight next to a known reference, and keep the final choice to a small set rather than an open catalogue.
And keep one written record of everything approved. If you are also furnishing from abroad, our home interior checklist lists what to check at each stage and at handover.
How we work
Step 01
A long first call about how the family lives, the budget and the timeline, with the plan on screen.
Step 02
We survey the flat or house in Nagpur and send you measured drawings and photographs of every wall.
Step 03
Layouts, 3D views, materials and the BOQ approved in writing, each against a date so the programme holds.
Step 04
Weekly updates with photographs, video at key stages, and a snag list closed before the final payment.

Questions
Yes. We design, document, tender and supervise the work in Nagpur and keep you involved through video calls, drawings and stage-by-stage video from site. Many of our clients are abroad while the work happens.
It is not essential, though it helps to have one family member or friend with keys who can let people in when needed. The design and site responsibility stays with us; a local contact simply makes access easier.
Payments are made in stages against the agreed scope, and every quotation, change and invoice is in writing before it is acted on. Your bank will guide you on how to remit from abroad; we keep the paperwork clear on our side.
At every stage that matters, and typically a weekly written update with photographs during execution. You can ask for a live video call from site whenever you want to see something for yourself.
That is the usual arrangement: the work is finished, snagged and cleaned so the house is ready when you land. We do the handover walk-through with you or with your family member on video, whichever you prefer.
