Step 01
Model from drawings
The 3D model is built from the working drawings, so every dimension in it is real.
See it before you build it
Photorealistic 3D views and material boards, produced from real working drawings — so what you approve on screen is what can actually be built on site.
We reply within 1–2 working days. No call centre — you speak to the studio.
Why us
Anyone can produce a beautiful image. The question is whether the space in the image can be built at the dimensions, budget and material availability of your actual project.
Our visualisations come out of the working drawings, not the other way round. Every joinery line, ceiling drop and light position in the render exists in the drawing set, so approving the view means approving something a contractor can price and build.
01
Photorealistic stills of living, dining, bedrooms, kitchens and workspaces.
02
Building elevations rendered in context with real materials and daylight.
03
Animated walkthroughs for larger residential and commercial projects.
04
Physical and digital boards so colour and texture decisions are made in the real world.
In detail
The risk with visualisation is that it sells a room nobody can build. Lighting is idealised, furniture is quietly scaled down to make spaces feel larger, and materials come from a software library rather than a supplier’s catalogue.
We avoid that by rendering only what is specified. The laminate in the image is the one in the BOQ, the ceiling drop matches the section drawing, and the light fittings are the ones on the electrical layout.
That makes your approval mean something. When you sign off a view you are signing off something a contractor can price and build — which is the only good reason to render in the first place.
How we work
Step 01
The 3D model is built from the working drawings, so every dimension in it is real.
Step 02
An untextured model first, so layout and proportion are agreed before colour gets in the way.
Step 03
Finishes applied from the actual specification and lit for the time of day the room is used most.
Step 04
High-resolution stills, revised against your comments until you sign off.

Questions
Typically two rounds of revisions per view are included, with further rounds quoted separately. In practice most projects settle within the included rounds because the views come from approved drawings.
Usually 5-10 working days for a set of key views once the layout and material direction are approved, depending on the number of rooms.
Yes, if the drawings are complete enough to model accurately. We will tell you upfront if the information is too thin to produce a reliable view.
Materially, yes — because the render is built from the drawing set and the specified finishes. Lighting and camera lens will always flatter an image slightly; we point out where a view is idealised.
