Step 01
Survey where you are
We come to the flat or house, measure it and note the practical constraints — access, parking, lift, water and power.
Where we work · Nagpur, Maharashtra
We work across the whole city from our studio on Mankapur Ring Road — the old neighbourhoods, the newer flats along the ring roads, and the developments on the edges.
We reply within 1–2 working days. No call centre — you speak to the studio.
Why us
We do not have a different team for each locality, and we would be suspicious of anyone who claimed to. Nagpur is a city you can cross in under an hour, and what actually matters is that the same designer who planned your space turns up on your site while it is being built.
That said, the parts of the city are genuinely different to work in. A flat in a new tower off Wardha Road and a house in Civil Lines throw up different problems, and knowing them in advance saves time.
01
Dharampeth, Ramdaspeth, Sadar, Civil Lines and Mahal: independent houses and older buildings, where wiring, plumbing and damp often need attention before anything decorative, and where access and parking for material need planning.
02
Wardha Road, Manish Nagar, Pratap Nagar, Somalwada, Khamla and Trimurti Nagar: apartment work, where society rules on timings, lift use and material movement shape the site programme.
03
Besa, Manewada, Hingna Road, Katol Road and Mankapur: newer houses and plots, often with more freedom to change layouts, and sites where deliveries need scheduling more carefully.
04
A mix of older homes and newer flats, where the work is usually a full interior for a family moving in or renovating room by room.
In detail
In the older parts of Nagpur — Mahal, Sadar, parts of Dharampeth and Civil Lines — the buildings are older and often more generous in proportion. The work usually starts below the surface: checking the wiring load, tracing damp, and deciding what original fabric is worth keeping. Those houses can be wonderful once the basics are sorted, and we would rather spend the first part of the budget there than on finishes.
In apartment work along Wardha Road, Manish Nagar, Pratap Nagar and Somalwada, the constraints come from the building rather than the flat: permitted working hours, using the service lift, where debris can go, and what the society allows you to change. We plan the sequence around those rules, because ignoring them is how a site gets stopped halfway.
On the newer edges — Besa, Manewada, Hingna Road, Katol Road and around Mankapur — there is often more freedom, and more of the work involves houses where layout changes are still possible. Here it is worth spending time on orientation and shading before decoration, because a new house can still be improved in ways a finished flat cannot.
Wherever the site is, what we offer is the same: a written scope, drawings that can be built from, and a designer on site. For a full picture of how we work, see our page for interior designers in Nagpur.

Plot no. 202, Mankapur Ring Road, near Chhatrapati Square, Pragati Colony, Gajanan Nagar. You are welcome to visit and see drawings and material samples in person.
Our fee is based on the scope of the work, not the postcode. Nagpur is compact enough that site visits across the city are part of how we work.
Yes. We produce execution-ready drawing sets for clients building elsewhere, including Dubai, the USA and the UK, and travel for the stages that need us on site.
We plan the work around your society’s rules on working hours, lift use and debris removal, and give you the drawings and details a society usually asks for. The permission itself is granted to you as the owner.
